1. Service

Notos South Taxi (operated by Martin Preci, hereinafter "the Operator") provides licensed taxi and private transfer services in Athens and across Greece.

2. Booking & payment

To confirm a booking, the Customer pays a non-refundable €5 booking fee via Viva Wallet. This fee is part of the total fare. The remaining balance (total fare minus €5) is paid in cash to the driver on the day of service. The minimum total fare is €15. A deposit of 15% of the total fare is charged online at the time of booking (which includes the €5 booking fee where applicable).

3. Advance notice for vans & coaches

Bookings for vans (up to 8) and coaches (up to 24) require at least 1 hour notice before the pickup time. For shorter notice please call or message the Operator directly.

4. Cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. The €5 booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, forfeit the full deposit. The Operator may cancel a booking in cases of force majeure and will refund the full deposit including the booking fee.

5. Pricing

Fixed-route prices are all-inclusive. Custom destinations are quoted using a base fare plus per-kilometre rate, with a minimum fare of €15. Surcharges apply for vehicle type, child seats, oversize luggage, and night-time pickup (00:00–05:00).

6. Liability

The Operator carries the insurance required by Greek law. Liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties is limited to the cost of the booking.

7. Lost items

The Operator will help recover items left in the vehicle, but is not responsible for personal belongings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Athens.
